I'd love to say how pleased I am with the service. I had a repair from another company on two doors that was so bad one door seized every time I used it. Jake arrived within two hours and fixed the problem on one door and I asked about second door and he did that too at no extra cost. Both doors now lock smoothly In fact so smoothly it's as if they aren't locked at all because there is so little resistance when the key is turned they weren't this good when the door were new. Very polite, professional helpful and efficient man 👍
Phoned on a Saturday morning, and Jake turned up in under 2 hours. Fixed the issue, adjusted my door gave loads of advice and also noticed a fault on my other door which he also rectified. I was locked out on Tuesday night and it was freezing cold, Jake turned up within 15 minutes and got me straight back in! Very knowledgeable of the trade extremely polite and well spoken/presentable young man. Would highly recommend to anybody in the same situation as it was very cold.

When my motorcycle case lock fell apart my case was locked tight to the bike and I couldn’t remove it or get into it. I used Your Secure Locksmiths to change the lock on my front door in Grantham, Lincolnshire. I’m vey please with the service, quick to respond to my initial enquiry/quote request, and also to complete the work. The new replacement lock was supplied as part of the quote which was also more reasonably priced than I had imagined. Definitely five star service!

Genuinely amazing guy and amazing service. Trying to cut a long story short. My mum called me in hysterics because she lost her house keys and couldn’t get in to the house…to make it worse the dog was in the house. I googled for a locksmith and spoke to a few in the area but Jake stood out from the rest because he totally got the predicament I was in and rearranged his schedule to go help my mum out. My mum was banging on about how nice he was and what a great job he did. She even got to chill with his dog in his van whilst he did his work. So not only did he calm down a tearful old lady but he also got her in to the house, made sure she was ok and was really reasonably priced. I hardly leave reviews…the fact I have now shows what a top rate service Jake provides.
